Short skoot down to Woburn. Follow Colin round the woods, fall off, watch Sparky Dave fall off on his new 2008 Full-Sus Stump and sprint back to Brog. Not too muddy in the woods, which have so much leaf debris and are well drained there is no chance for any mud to build up.

I noticed the rear mech was bent in too, also my BB was creaking and the headset a bit loose. So I shall drop the bike off for a service tomorrow morning - that way it is tip top for Brecon next weekend.
